For the first time I've plugged my phone into my computer at work. When I open Windows Explorer, I see a drive letter with the label ""Verizon Mobile". It's about 5 megs is all. It contains two folders: "drv" and "img". When I run the app in the drv folder, it basically launches to a page where it wants me to download and install some Verizon app for managing media. No thanks! What I really want is access to the SD card so I can put some music on it.

Another drive shows up as removable media, but you can't access it at all. It's like it's unformatted  or something.

If it helps, when I first plugged it in, not everything installed correctly. It attempted to install a driver for ADP and it couldn't locate it. It may need this in order to correctly recognize the SD card as a formatted drive. It can be had by installing some kind of Android developer kit, but then you need to update to a full version of JAVA and not just runtime. Seems like a stretch that I would have to do this in order to copy music to my phone.

Any ideas?  Shocked

Nevermind! N00b mistake. I wasn't looking at the device. A pull down from the notification area and tell it to mount disk did the trick.  Cool
