The Thunderbolt has this great feature called Fast Boot.

When activated (Settings>Power>Fast boot) it will allow the phone to boot up in ~10 seconds. It does sacrifice the use of some Market apps, as they need the full boot time (~1 minute).
It's a great little feature; Try it out!

Good looking out on that. So far I havent found any apps that are affected by this. If I do, Will post it here..
