I can transfer pictures easy enough, however it appears that the vids do not appear or my toshiba with Vista says cannot play video or viseo is not there. Sound also appears to be a problem. I am not smart enough for this phone...I guess.

Gerald,
     Have you tried emailing the video to your home email through Gmail? I wish I could tell you something else but without actually seeing what you see on your computer there are too many options to start with...Also with trying to watch the video, you will have to make sure you download a video player that will let you watch .3gp which is what most cell phones video format is...although I have to admit I am not sure about the thunderbolt since I have yet to even look at that...sorry...

     And if the email doesn't work for you, I just entered a search for "video transfer" in the Android Market and a list of app's showed up...hope one of these will work for you...

A media player that plays almost any media file including .3gp which is what the Thunderbolt uses is VLC player. You can download it herehttp://www.videolan.org/vlc/.
