does the thunderbolt work with google text? such as searching for a phone number by sending a text to 46645.mine doesnt so i figured i would ask or is it a verizon issue

Yes mine works with it. I tried it on stock and go sms and both work fine..

hmmm both mine and my wifes will not work on either number 46645 and 466453 any ideas on getting it to work

thats really strange. I will see what I can find out. Try installing a 3rd party messaging app like GoSms and see if it works. I will post any details I find to help you..
