I turned on my phone to find that i had no 3g signal anywhere where there was supposed to be signal. i tried turning on and off my phone which did nothing. then i tried switching on and off airplane mode but then when pressed to switch it off, it didnt turn off. it wont let me turn on any mobile networks, saying the radio is turning off. how do I fix this!?

How are you trying to turn off airplane mode? Are you doing it by pressing the power button or under settings? Can you turn on the mobile network?

Yes, ive pulled the battery twice and hasnt done anything. & im trying to turn it off through settings. any other way i can?

okay i looked at it and now in that menu it says its off when its on. so i clicked turn on and it wont let me click turn off in either places now.

yes because i cant make calls, send texts or anything.

Edit: After trying to turn it on, it keeps replaying the part of the startup where it says 4g and makes the weird sound. help!
