OK, my T-bolt is giving me fits. I can't remember what I did to it just prior to this happening, as it was over a week ago. I have to admit (this is my work phone) that I've been enjoying not having it working for a while. But, now I need it to work, so I'm trying to figure it out.
Anyway, my phone is rooted, but does not have any custom ROM installed. It does have clockwork recovery installed.
What happens:
Boot the phone. It boots normally, and appears to work, even allowing you to slide the bar down and get to the "desktop". You can even slide the "desktop" back and forth, but momentarily the phone initiates a power down. The phone then powers off. When you next power it up, it seems like it is trying to boot into recovery and then goes to a screen with an exclamation point in a triangle with a little droid standing next to it. From that point the phone is completely unresponsive to any input and all you can do is pull the battery. If you pull the battery, the whole process starts over: boot, power off, power on, freeze.
What I have done:
I have booted it into recovery manually (hold power and volume -) and done a factory reset, wiping the phone and the cache. This allowed me to boot the phone and even go through the setup process of the phone. At this point the phone seems like it is working fine. But as soon as I start loading my apps back on it, it does the self-power-down thing and goes back to the !-triangle screen, locked up.
What have I done?
I can't remember if I did an over-the-air update or not. (The phone tries to do one after resetting it.) Or maybe I allowed one to go through without realizing it. And I recall reading in the root procedures NOT to do OTA updates. If that is the case, how do I fix it?
Any input on this would be appreciated. I realize that I haven't given you much to go on, but it is what it is.

Thanks,
Tom
