Thunderbolt rings sometimes and not all the time

 

Hi folks,

I've had my Thunderbolt for a few months now and I looooove it but sometimes, and I don't know why, my phone won't ring. The volume is set to high and I'm not using it such as texting, emailing or internet when the calls come in so I don't know what the deal is...

Sometimes it rings, sometimes it doesn't. Is it because I press the power button to put it on standby? Should I just not do that and let it go to sleep when I'm not using it?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thank you for responding. No, I have no task killer on my Thunderbolt. I have Web Root security and Lookout on my phone. The rest of the apps are just normal apps such as beautiful widgets, zedge, weatherbug, words with friends, quickpic, LTE on/off, astro, etc...

Hopefully someone can help as I just had another call come in this morning and the phone didn't ring. It went straight to voice mail and my phone isn't on vibrate and the sound is set at the highest.

Nope, not using google voice. I guess I should bring it to the Verizon store to see what's up. I don't know if we'll be able to duplicate the problem but we'll see. If anyone has any other suggestions, please let me know.
